GENERAL ENROLLMENT POLICIES

By registering for a class, students acknowledge that they agree to the policies as stated on the AF website.

A minimum of three students is required to open a course. If this minimum is not met, students who have already registered for the course will be offered other options, including registering for another class. A refund will be given if this option is not acceptable. If students who have already registered wish to keep the course open with only two students, they will be given the option of a semi-private class. (Please contact us for details)

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations of enrollment must be received 5 days prior to the first class to receive a credit. Please note that absence from a class does not constitute notice of withdrawal. The student has the option of a refund or a credit or making a tax-deductible donation to the AF. Just so you know, refunds will only be made by a check to the student.  A $15 fee will apply to all refunds to cover our administrative costs.  A credit cannot be converted to a refund at a later date.

WITHDRAWALS

If a student withdraws before the second class has started, the student may choose a credit pro-rated for remaining classes after withdrawal notice.  The student must notify the AF in writing of the withdrawal three business days prior to the NEXT class. If a student withdraws after attending the second class, the student will receive a 50% credit towards a future class.  No REFUNDS after the second week of a class.
